Summary: This should be one of the best hotels in Benin City, but it's yet to live up to it's potential. There seems to have been an improvement in the attitude of the staff compared to the last time I stayed there, but still short of the mark A new, nice, clean hotel with excellent structures, yet, they let little things here & there spoil their mark. They advertise internet as included in the price, but won't give it to you. When you ask, they give ridiculous excuses like "THE PERSON WITH THE PASSWORD IS NOT AROUND..." How ridiculous is that...? Something doesn't seem right with that, seems like they don't want to provide internet to certain rooms... not sure what it is but it's such a huge turn off for a hotel that should be a magnificent place.
