At every step, we were met with kindness, warmth, and a genuine willingness to assist. Stepping into the Riad felt like entering a hidden sanctuary. The moment the door closed behind us, the outside world melted away. Pilar greeted us with a radiant smile and welcomed us into the salon with traditional Moroccan tea and delicious biscuits—a gesture that immediately made us feel at home. Settling into our rooms was effortless, thanks to Pilar and Achraf. Each space was beautifully curated, with decor that told a story—every piece chosen with care and meaning. It’s clear that Pilar has poured her heart into creating a haven that reflects both artistry and soul. The staff were consistently attentive and gracious, always ensuring we were refreshed with water, tea, and delightful treats.
