The 1932 bungalow is cozy but spacious a1060 sq. ft. and was restored in 2021. This home features some vintage furniture and is just a mile from the Naval Air Station and home to the Blue Angels Naval Flight Demonstration Team. The bungalow is only 1/2 mile to Navy Point boat ramp and adjacent to the boat ramp is a manicured and scenic 2.25 mile biking/walking trail along the water. There are many park benches to relax and enjoy the view of Bayou Grande.
Bring your boat, kayak, canoe, jet ski, paddle board or fishing poles. There is ample parking in the backyard for your car, truck and boat.
It has ceiling fans throughout with central heat and air conditioning and has 2 Smart TV's so you can log into your netflix account. FREE WIFI
LIVING ROOM
The Living room has a fireplace mantle which dates back to the late 30's or early 40's and a 42 inch Smart TV mounted over the fireplace mantle. THE FIREPLACE DOES NOT BURN WOOD.
BATHROOM
There is one nice size bathroom with tub and shower combo and also has a wall mounted hair dryer. Towels and soap are included. Be sure and bring your shampoo and conditioner or if you forget it you are only within a mile to a CVS pharmacy and Walmart shopping center. There is also an emergency kit in the linen closet.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has been completely renovated with all new appliances. It comes with pots and pans, dishes and silverware, cooking utensils, vegetable oil, salt and pepper, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, flat top cooking stove, oven and refrigerator. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker only ice trays.
DINING ROOM
Dining room table seats six and also has a vintage credenza.
UTILITY ROOM
The utility room has a washer and dryer with washing detergent and fabric softening sheets and also includes and ironing board with a steam iron.
FRONT PORCH AND SIDE PATIO
Front porch has two rocking chairs and a table. The side patio is enclosed with a privacy fence and provides a great setting for a cookout with table and chairs. A charcoal grill with charcoal, lighter fluid and cooking utensils are included. The cooking utensils are on the wall in the utility room next to the washing machine.
GETTING AROUND
If you like to take a walk along the water of Bayou Grande you can either walk over the bridge to Navy Point subdivision or drive and parking will be on the right just after the bridge. Cross back over Sunset Ave. on the left and follow the trail along the water.

7 miles to downtown Pensacola with museums, restaurants, shopping, parks, etc.
