Charming 1930s cottage in one of Pensacola’s most convenient neighborhoods. Located 1 mile from Pensacola Naval Base and 5 miles to the Downtown Pensacola Historic District. Quick access to grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping. This cozy historic cottage has been fully updated to include modern conveniences such as EV (EVSE) charger, central heating and air, high-speed internet, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a fresh new bathroom, fenced in yard, and exterior security cameras.
We are nestled between two destination beaches, Pensacola beach( 24 min drive) and Perdido keys beach (20 min the opposite direction) also known as Florabama. We have a small beach that is walking distance approximately 10 min walk away at Navy Point (not what most people come here for). Additionally, there are some other beaches on base if you have base access like MWR Barrancas Beach (9 min drive).
