Perched on a 50’ cliff, you will absolutely be amazed at the view, directly on the waterfront, golf cart, paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, bicycles you will never get board here.This diamond, just had a 18 month renovation done to it and hit the market in mid July 23. It’s not directly in town so it’s about an eight minute drive to downtown Cape Charles but you are definitely off the beaten path. The best part about this place is you can go out to the reef about 500 feet out at low tide and chill out, come back, jump in the brand new hottub, rinse off in the outdoor shower, have a glass of wine before watching the AMAZING sunset. Plan on unplugging from your iPhone or laptop because although we do have Internet service, you go to thru country to get her but cell service/internet can be tricky. Both neighbors on either side or full-time residence so we just ask you be respectful of their full-time residence.. If bringing a pet please remember to keep all pets on a leash. There is not a fenced in backyard.
