A natural rock patio with fire pit surrounded by koi ponds is a tranquil place to gaze up at the stars and down at the moon's reflection off of the lake. Easy lake access by means of cut stone steps with handrail for a 2 minute walk to the boat dock with swim deck, kayaks, paddle boards and pontoon boat. This 3,200 sq ft house with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths can comfortably sleep up to 15 people. It was built from the beginning as a lake house retreat for the owner's extended family to spend precious time together several times per year. Lots of water activities, including complimentary kayaks, canoes, & paddle boards. The 2021 18' pontoon boat can be rented for half or full day at a rate lower than the local marina.
