- Important notice: Alajeró Town Council is currently carrying out improvement works on the pedestrian path near the villa. These works are beyond our control and are expected to continue until February 2027. During this period, there may be occasional construction noise from Monday to Friday during working hours, mainly in the external areas of the property.
