At the top of the stairs to the entrance you'll love the open deck with cafe table/umbrella, 2 chairs, and a Weber propane grill. As you enter this amazing cottage, you'll be greeted with bright, white vaulted ceilings in a room full of windows looking out over the lagoon that invites you to leave your troubles at the door. Settle in and enjoy the many features throughout. The great room has 2 cozy couches and 2 chairs with a 46" TV over the unique driftwood mantle. The adjacent dining area has a table and 6 chairs and is highlighted by 2 walls of windows bringing the natural beauty of Seabrook Island right to the table. The fully stocked kitchen has a vaulted ceiling, granite counter tops, GE Profile appliances and Bosch dishwasher. There is also a stackable washer and dryer on the first floor for your convenience.
The first floor master bedroom has a king bed, 40" HDTV, and en suite bathroom. Sliding glass doors provide access to a private deck complete with 2 Adirondack chairs and a small table. A perfect little getaway after an active day at the beach.
The second bedroom is also on the first floor with another king bed, 40" HDTV, and en suite bath that also has access from the great room area. Upstairs on the second floor kids and adults alike will love the adorable loft with cathedral ceiling, 2 twin beds and a third full en suite bathroom. There is also another sliding glass door that leads to a third deck. Catch some rays or gaze at the stars in the 2 chaise lounge chairs plus 2 additional chairs for seating with 2 small tables for your convenience. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day of fun at the beach and an extra refrigerator located under the villa.

This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
