Our space isn’t the Ritz Carlton and Franklinton isn’t as fun as South Beach — but don’t sleep on us.
Franklinton is where the Washington Parish Free Fair brings families together, the Bogue Chitto River stays cool, and somebody always knows how to boil crawfish and cook gumbo just right!

You’ll see traffic cruise by, neighbors walking, and kids zipping around on bikes. Things usually wind down when the streetlight pops on, and the whole neighborhood settles into a laid-back, mellow rhythm

FYI – We’re not living on the set of First 48! The cameras are there just making sure the ghosts don’t throw a house party when no one is around. And those black solar screens on the windows? They’re not for security concerns— just there to keep the sun rays out and our energy bill chill. Just keeping things cool!
