The space is 320 sq ft with a very comfortable KING size bed and a sitting area with TV. There is a small refrigerator with a small freezer and a microwave. There is not a full kitchen. Also a full Keurig Station. The bathroom has a nice shower. Ceramic tile floor and granite countertops. The house is only 5 years old so the space feels like new construction. The property is in the historic Riverland Terrace neighborhood. Less than 15 min by Uber to the historic Charleston Peninsula and no more than 20 min to Folly Beach. The property is gated and offers off street parking. Directly across the street is a small cozy park overlooking the intracoastal waterway and beautiful sunsets. Walking distance to neighborhood bars and restaurants . This property is also on Airbnb with almost 600 5 star reviews.
