Cable television and wifi are included. The second floor has 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom with adjacent master bath, and an additional full bath located between the other 2 bedrooms.
Dishes, utensils, linens, and towels are provided for use. There is also a selection of pantry items for preparing home cooked meals. Upstairs is a separate laundry room with an iron, ironing board and laundry supplies. Located off the living room is an attached private outdoor patio with casual seating for 5, as well as an outdoor gas grill.
Renters have access to a community pool & hot tub with conveniently located outdoor showers. A community playground is also located near the house. Children are welcome, and there is no minimum age limit for renters.
Nearby activities include golfing, hiking, and tennis. The house is located VERY close to the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers Spring Training facilities. Not much farther away are the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres spring training facilities.
