Quiet & private area outside of Wilmington (less traffic) but still close to beaches (14 miles to Wrightsville Beach, 24 miles to Carolina Beach, 32 miles to Topsail Beach, 46 miles to Holden Beach) & river/boat ramp access (1.2 miles). Located just 1.5 miles from I-40 & within 10 miles of downtown Wilmington & Live Oak Bank Pavilion concert area. 3rd bedroom does not have a guest bed, but does have a dresser, storage, & various furniture such as a card table, chairs, and games. Sofa does have a guest bed. Home is located near a horse farm where trail rides are available & a bird sanctuary open to the public. Ring doorbell cameras are present.
