This one bedroom, big kitchen, sofa bed living room duplex unit located in the heart of midtown. Safe & extremely comfortable, calm, relaxing with gorgeous hardwood and tile floors. Great shower and bathroom. LOCATION LOCATION!! Walk to Cooper Young, Overton Square(two main restaurant/coffee shop/brewery/entertainment areas of Memphis outside DT) and the Coliseum in mins. Driving time to everything in Memphis is minutes or less. The airport is 10mins away. This is a safe, trendy part of midtown Memphis. High speed fiber optic internet recently installed. Very comfortable Ikea sofa bed couch with mattress topper in memory foam. New kitchen, bathroom other than tub, flooring, paint and furniture. We have tried to create a space that will feel comfortable and welcoming, while having a modern look and furnishing.
We do not allow parties of any sort. No questions asked immediate eviction with police presence. This is the historic neighborhood of midtown with zero tolerance.
