The large sectional couch can provide comfortable seating for the entire family. Prepare meals in a state-of-art kitchen with brand new appliances, dishes and kitchenware, and plenty of counter space for cooking. The kitchen is equipped with a double oven, dishwasher, and reverse osmosis water purification system. And the best part is the whole family can dine together at the large dining table. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all part of the open floor plan that provides plenty of room for entertaining as well as the breathtaking views of the Pocomoke River from every angle.
The entire house has hardwood and tile floors throughout. There are 4 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with soaking tubs, and 1 half bath. All bedrooms have king beds and windows with a view of the river. Two of the bedrooms have attached, dual-sink bathrooms and French door access to the wrap around deck. All bedrooms have roomy closets, brand new furniture, ceiling fans and bedside tables. There's a washer and dryer conveniently located in the hall with the bedrooms for easy access.
Parking is available for several vehicles underneath the house. There's an elevator that can be used to access the main level and assist with loading and unloading luggage and groceries. There are also two external stairways and one internal stairway from ground level to deck.
This home can be used for a quiet getaway or provide an adventure along the Eastern Shore. Although the property does not have a dock or boat, you can enjoy fishing off the bank, or bring kayaks to enjoy. There are local companies that will come pick you up from this location and take you up the Pocomoke River or into the Chesapeake Bay. If you have your own watercraft, there's a boat ramp nearby for easy access.
