Summary: The hotel is far from downtown so it is quiet and close to the beach for costumers to enjoy. The reception staff were cheerful and friendly. My room was very clean and spacious with many commodities such as refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove, kitchenware, big TV and large desk. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes. The hotel has two swimming pools. Towels are provided and costumers can order snacks and drinks from a small kiosk. Customers can also rent bicycles to exercise around the property. To sum up my experience at Palma Hotel, I enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it ayone travelling to Port Said for business or pleasure.
