It was renovated into 5 modern industrial apartments in 2022, that range in size and still has the DMS Mail Management sign in the exterior. The building includes a shared lobby/game room, a fully fenced back yard, and a parking lot. This apartment has 2 bedrooms with queen beds & TVs, 2 full bathrooms, a dining area, living room & full kitchen. It also includes a washer and dryer.

It's the perfect location for travelers to experience a little bit of our city.
*The preferred mode of travel here is Uber or Lyft. Bicycles work in the downtown area, and we do have a bike rack in the back yard. Bike rental is available at Hub City Cycles at 501 Jefferson St.
