Welcome to Easy Living! Wake up in the morning and watch a beautiful sunrise from the east deck and view a spectacular sunset off the west deck in the afternoon along with fantastic waterviews. If you enjoy the water and a peaceful setting, then this is the place to be. Catch your dinner right off the dock, flounder, trout, croakers, crabs and yes, the occasional pinfish! Upstairs you will find 1800 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, large open dining and family room as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer. Master bedroom offers a queen size bed with patio doors facing the water. The remaining bedrooms include 1 queen and 2 full size beds. Clean linens and towels are provided for your convenience and is included in the cleaning fee. You will also be able to enjoy water views from every room in the house. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal including coffee pot, microwave, blender, etc. with plenty of dishes. We do supply a minimum amount of paper products and trash bags. Downstairs you will find 1800 sq. ft. which includes a two car garage, 1/2 bath, full kitchen for family gatherings with lots of space. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside on the deck. A gas grill is provided for your outdoor grilling. The property has a private dock which is available for your use along with the owner's family. Dock fee is $150 and you may tie up one boat, 25' in length or less. Additional boat is $150. For an additional $150 you may have sole use of the dock without the owner's family during your stay. Otherwise owner's family may come and go in docking our boat. Boat lift usage is only for owner . You can enjoy watching the occasional dolphins and otters as well as ducks, geese, herons and various other birds. We have a community boat ramp where you can launch your boat located just 500 ft. from the property.
