This apartment is beautiful with well-appointed fixtures. It is in the Redeemed Christian Church of God camp, a quiet environment great for reflection, work-from-home, or both. It is within shuttling distance of the 3 by 3 auditorium, where all the RCCG programs are held.
Each space in the apartment is air-conditioned and boasts fans to ensure you are as comfortable as possible.
The entire apartment is covered with vitrified tiles and each toilet has a shower bidet.
The bedrooms are cozy and the living room is double-volume with a chandelier. The Living room is huge, with space for a 4-seater dining table with chairs and a dedicated workspace with a table and office chair.
Power is prepaid and constant, perhaps the only location in Nigeria to make such a claim. Within a 5-minute drive in either direction of the apartment, there are great eateries and a few convenience stores.
Although the location is vibrant and with good roads, quietness is important. We do not allow events in the apartment and observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 6 am.
There is free parking within the compound, which can then be closed at night. There is an outside security camera and a solar lamp in the yard, all to ensure your added peace of mind even though the entire city is very safe.

Your lobby is large and beautifully appointed but because it is not airconditioned, you may have to open the living room doors to enjoy it.
