This is a neighborhood with much charm and history. You are surrounded by many lovely homes with traditional and quaint South Philadelphia charm and you will also see new developments with amazing layouts and facades being built
The social scene is all around you, on 9th Street and Christian street where the Italian Market and dozens of food spots are all located. Also on 9th Street there are many places to eat and on Christian Street right around the corner there are plenty of places to have a drink or pick up or dine-in, with with some great food. But even better right on the corner of the property there is an amazing Italian restaurant with a fantastic outdoor seating vibe. You must try it. You are also minutes from Center City and Passyunk ave so finding something to do is only a short walk or a few mins away.

Our 1 bedroom apartment has many amenities even if you don't see them in the photos. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishware, microwave, toaster, and of course a coffee maker, everything you need to make home-cooked meals or if you choose to eat in. This is a great cost saver when needed.
There is a quiet and intimate bedroom with clean and fresh linens, plush quilts, a ceiling fan for fresh air, and a private doorway and closet space.
Equipped with a nice clean bathroom, stable water pressure, and shower and tub installation. The toilet, vanity, and mirror are all also included.
