A 2 room, 1 bathroom suite located on the second floor of a residential house is designed to provide privacy and comfort, making it ideal for guests. A separate entrance provides privacy and comfort for our guests. Bright and clean its ready to welcome you and your family. Only 20 minutes from Newark International Airport. Walking distance (10 minutes) to downtown and train station (direct train to NYC Penn Station)
The space
Before you book this apartment, I want to make sure you have all the information you need. Please keep in mind that it’s located on the 2nd floor, which means you’ll need to climb stairs. I understand that this might be a consideration for some guests.
You’re going to love how sunny it is here! The many windows let in plenty of natural light, and there are four closets for all your belongings.
As you step inside, you’ll find a spacious bedroom featuring a cozy queen-size bed and a walk-in closet (and yes, we provide an iron and hangers for your convenience!).
The second room has a comfy sofa bed, and just let me know if you’d like me to set it up for you before your arrival!
In the bathroom, you’ll find clean towels, a toothbrush, and toothpaste for each guest. We also make sure to stock it with hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, so you can relax and enjoy your time here without worrying about the little things.
When it comes to the kitchen, you’re all set! It’s fully stocked with pots, pans, lids, baking essentials, a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, a waffle maker, and an air fryer. You'll also find utensils, plates, cups, and mugs, making it easy to whip up your favorite meals!
