DAMAGES:
There will be a temporary hold on your credit card for $200.00. This is a fully refundable deposit and will automatically be released back to your card 5 days after check out, provided there is not damage to the property. Parties are not allowed at this property. Out of respect for our neighbors, we request noise be kept at a minimum between the hours of 11:00pm-8:00am.
