Positive: THE PLACE WAS BEAUTIFUL, EVEN THOUGH ALITLE AGED ERY WELL KEPT. THE FREIGHT ELEVATOR WAS A LARGE PLUS FOR THID HOUSE. ALL RENTALS SHOULD HAVE THEM. LOCATION WAS GREAT, VERY QUIET AND THE SETTING WAS BEYOND BELIEF. WE KLOVED THE FISHING AND IT WAS SO CONVENIENT. I SPOKE WITH KELLY A COUPLE OF TIMES AND HE WAS VERY POLITE AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THIE MADE OUR STAY EVEN MORE COMFORTABLE. MY WIFE AND I HAVE DISCUSSED THE CHANCES OF RENTING HERE AGAIN ARE VERY HIGH. IT IS ON OUR LIST AS NUMBER ONE DUE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE ESPECALLY THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATR WITH KELLY.

Negative: A COUPLE OF SMALL THINGS: THE DRIVE WAY WAS VERY BUSY(NEEDS LESS LANDSCAPE AND MORE DRIVE SPACE. KELLY HAD MENTIONED THE RAILS AROUND THE DECKS AND PORCHES BEING LOOSE THEY NEED WORK. THE PALM TREES WERE BEAUTIFUL BUT OBSTRUCTED THE VIEW FROM THE LOWER DECK IN THE BACK. THE TV IN THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM WITH TH EKING BED HAD SOME TYPE OF DIANOSTIC THAT KEPT EXPLAINING EACH MOVE THE TV MADE, ANNOYING . WE COULD NOT TURN IT OFF , WOULD BE NICE IF IT WERE NOT ACTIVE.

Summary: RELAXING, COMFORTABLE,AND QUIET JUST WHAT WE NEEDED STRESS FREE.
