Summary: It would have been helpful to be given exact location as the name is not clearly visible on the building. The caretaker(?) showed us to our apartment, gave us the key and was about to leave when we pointed out we didn’t have bedding or a towel for our daughter. There was no information about the local area (it would have been helpful to have known that we had a shopping centre 5 min walk away).
