Summary: clean room, comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom, most helpful owner who provided customized private tour at a reasonable price. The hotel is next to the ferry to Philae temple but far away from everything else. But they provided every meal we needed. Great view of the harbor, the old dam and Philae temple.
