Enjoy the 6-mile view from the dock and boathouse, or unwind in the shaded backyard in a rocking chair, hammock or porch swing. Great for relaxing with family and friends. Fenced yard is perfect for the family dog. Wake up to the sunrise across the water while sipping your coffee on the screened-in porch, brick patio, or dock. Explore the coastline and coves of Lake Norman in the 2 provided sit-on-top kayaks (signed waiver required). New spacious upstairs master bedroom/bathroom recently added. PLEASE NOTE: This property is located in a family-friendly neighborhood and is only available to adults at least 30 years of age and their children and guests. This property IS NOT set up for events (weddings, reunions, parties, etc) therefore parties or other gatherings beyond what is agreed to with owner are strictly prohibited. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES may more than 12 people (including guests) be on the premises at any given time without express written permission from owner.
NOTE TO THOSE WITH PET ALLERGIES: This vacation property allows pets on occasion (dogs only and with owner approval)(sorry, due to insurance restrictions Pit- Bulls, Rottweilers, of predominate mixes thereof are not allowed).
