Completely taken down to the studs and expanded by a Holden Beach–based architect, this home was fully rebuilt in 2022 and now offers 3,200 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space with a relaxed, understated coastal style.
This home features six well-sized bedrooms and six and a half baths, with two bedrooms on the first level and four upstairs. Each bedroom has its own private bath with fully tiled showers and quartz countertops. Two separate sitting rooms—one on each level—offer additional space for reading, TV streaming, games, or quiet time away from the main living area. Sleeping accommodations include five queen bedrooms and one upstairs bunk room with two bunk beds (four beds total), allowing occupancy for up to fourteen guests. A Pack ’n Play is also available.
The first-floor living area is open and inviting, designed for comfort and gathering. The oceanfront dining area offers beautiful views and an expandable table that seats up to twelve.
