Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Small but neat and well-designed suite. Interesting vibes of the pre-WW2-era building typical to Pittsburgh of that time. A ping-pong table in the laundry room was a nice touch. Very pleasant neighborhood, especially a few blocks west on Walnut. The owner left very detailed instructions about the door codes, parking, entrance doors, WiFi, etc.

Negative: Perhaps the only minor nuisance was that hot water doesn't last all that long especially if multiple dwellers are using it, but was enough for quick showers.
