Summary: Overall this property had great space for a family visit. The THREE bedrooms were decent sizes, and that was all we really needed. The bonus space with the projector was great for our child to watch some TV separate from the main living area. A couple of things though. The bonus room has its own AC that was shut off day 2 from a leak and never turned back on. There is one vent, but not enough for a garage conversion to stay cool in 90 degree or higher weather. With 90 degree or higher weather, it would also be assumed that the thermostat would be kept at a comfortable temperature during our stay. It was set to change throughout the day or one setting being 80 degrees. Too hot for babies. And lastly, the tankless water heater couldn't keep up/didn't work consistently. Bathrooms were okay, but the kitchen had a hard time getting and keeping hot water.
