It has all the comforts of home and none of the stresses. Both indoor and outdoor settings to enjoy the warm Louisiana weather. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush. We’ve got the rest. The kitchen is wide open to a living room separated by an island which comfortably seats two. The dining room table seats four. The house displays art by local artists.
The covered front porch has a sectional and bistro set with an overhead exterior ceiling fan.
The two bedrooms are a nice size. All rooms have ceiling fans and televisions, and usb connections.
One bedroom has a king size bed, and an designated office area, fast internet and a 45 inch television.
The last bedroom is large and has two full sized beds with plenty of open space. It has a large closet with hangers, additional pillows, and two foldaway beds.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you need to cook that special meal, including spices, pots and pans, and small kitchen appliances. It also large pantry for guests.
The bathroom has towels, cleaning supplies and soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser, hair dryer, and Ironing board and iron, and washer and dryer.
The large backyard has an outdoor dining set for four.
This place has all you might need. Just bring your tooth brush and clothes. We provide everything else.
The entire house including backyard is accessible. On the front porch, there is a sectional patio set and bistro set available for your use. There is a pantry dedicated to guess kitchen items.
I will be available to offer assistance throughout your stay, as needed; however, you’ll have privacy and you can contact me via Airbnb text, or feel free to call should you need to.

House Instructions:
1. The WiFi code is: Poppycock
2. On television, press home and select Netflix to watch, or select your favorite streaming app with your password.
3. Thermostat should be set to 75 degrees in the warm weather and 68 degrees in cold weather.
4. Decorative pillows are not to sleep with. They should be put away in the bedroom closet shelf.
5. Sleeping pillows are on the bed, and extra sleeping pillows are available in the bedroom closets.
6. Dryer Lint filter should clean after each load.
7. Foldaway beds can be found in the closet of the second bedroom, along with its bedding. Two pins should be used in each bed to stabilize. The pins can be found in the left corner of the top drawer of the kitchen island.
8. Dishwashing pods are on the countertop above the dishwasher
9. Clothes detergent pods are located on the shelf in the laundry room above the washing machine
10. First-Aid kit can be found on the shelf in the laundry room.
11. Please bring decorative outdoor pillows in if it rains.
12. Please keep gates to yard closed.
13. Please handle all spills immediately as to not damage the floors. Cleaning supplies can be found in the laundry room.
