Come out and enjoy beautiful False River! The house is an open floor plan with a full kitchen, two sleeping areas, a living area, a bathroom and laundry room.
It sleeps six people (2 sets of twin bunk beds and a queen bed), but could accommodate up to 8 people if you pull out the blowup mattress that we've left in the closet. There is a large upper deck, a lower patio, a big yard space down by the water, and a private pier at the lake for you to enjoy. Perfect "cabin by the lake" setting.
Whether you like boating, fishing, or just visiting out by the water, there is plenty to enjoy out here.

-It's an open floor plan with a separate bathroom.
- There are stairs outside of the house that lead you from the upper deck down to the backyard.
-There is one step-down inside of the house; the living area and queen bed are just a little lower than the rest of the house.
-The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, and dish washer.
-There is a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Please bring your own detergent.
-There is a small gas grill if you'd like to BBQ.

Historic New Roads is just across the lake and beautiful St. Francisville is a drive right across the Mississippi River on the John James Audubon bridge. There are hiking opportunities not far at Tunica hills and boat rentals on False River.
If bringing (small) dogs they need to be on a leash at all times while outside and kenneled at night. They are not allowed on the furniture.
