A beautiful, newly-renovated, dog-friendly unit at PierView Oceanfront Condos. Swell Life is ready for you to bring your pup, relax, make memories with family and friends, and enjoy all that the Outer Banks has to offer!
This two-bed, two-bath condo features a well-equipped kitchen, filtered drinking water (no bottled water necessary!), in-unit washer and dryer, cable (in living area and master bedroom, second bedroom has DVD player), WiFi, and three flat-screen TVs. Enjoy spending time on the spacious 24`x6` porch with beautiful views of the sound in the distance and a peak at the ocean.
Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed, queen bed and twin bed. Linens (bath towels, washcloths, sheets) are provided by an independent vendor.
The property offers easy beach access, outdoor grills, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season) and a children's play area.
Please note that there are stairs to climb to get to the unit; however, there is a luggage lift in the building. There is a two-dog maximum policy, we do not allow cats, and wedo not charge a pet fee. There is no smoking allowed in the unit.
Bringing multiple vehicles? No problem! Plenty of free parking is available with premium spots up for grabs on a first come, first serve basis.
Swell Life is centrally located to many great local attractions including the beautiful Jennette's Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet. Fine and casual dining, grocery stores and much more are also close by.
