Summary: I arrived to check in at 4:45 pm. There was no one at the front desk. I waited a few minutes. I called the front desk. I ended up calling the front desk 8 times. No one ever answered. I called the 1-800 and spoke to reservations. They tried calling twice. No answer. Finally someone came to the front desk around 5:10 and checked me in. He said he was busy.
