Refreshed in early 2024! Sunset Dreamer is a beautifully decorated Gulf-front property that is full of new amenities and one of the nicest and most updated beachfront homes in Mexico Beach. Outside has been transformed and now includes a 12 foot slide off the main deck, kids sand pit, connect 4 game, beachside firepit and charcoal grill, and a freshly stained downstairs concrete area. Inside was also updated in 2024 and includes a large amount of new furniture and the transformation of the foyer into a sitting area. This home was one of the most popular homes in Mexico Beach prior to Hurricane Michael and the first set of updates were complete in 2021 with a nice refresh in 2024. It’s a kid’s paradise at this point that’s also very comfortable for adults with lots of separate areas to enjoy. Offering 3,000 square feet of living space plus 1,700 square feet of deck space, large Gulf-front decks, 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths, hardwood or LVP flooring throughout, wall-mounted TVs in each room, breathtaking views of the Gulf, and so much more.
