House Rules
1. Information Request:
All adult Guests (+18) must provide ID verification: License, State ID, and/or Passport before Check-in. For Guests less than 18yrs old, name and age should be provided for registration purposes.
The Building Management may ask for additional information for identity verification and check-in purposes, in case this information is not provided by Guest, it MUST cancel the Booking and assume all associated costs and penalties due to the cancellation.
2. Security Deposit:
All bookings require a security/damage deposit of USD$1.000 or more depending on the unit and according to the Rules and Regulations, and/or Terms and Conditions of the Condominium where the unit is located. This deposit may be charged in advance and by the booking of the property you accept and pre approve the deposit, in which case Host may require Guest’s credit card information, and Guest approves Host to credit from his account in case of proven damages to the unit or to the amenities.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the Check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before Check-in.
If Guest postpones the booking for later than 14 days to the Check-in date within days 8 to15 before the initial check-in date and then cancels the booking, a 50% refund cancellation fee applies.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of Check-in.
In case Guests do NOT follow or agree with the House Rules, he MUST cancel the Booking and assume all associated costs and penalties due to his cancellation.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: Any time after 4 PM.
Check-out: Any time before 11 AM.
If an earlier Check-in or later Check-out time is desired, please send a request. The request MUST be sent 24hr prior to the requested earlier Check-in or later Check-out time, the request does not grant the approval for earlier check-in or late check-out.
Unauthorized late Check-out may cause delays in the cleaning of the unit. If so, Guest will be charged USD$100 or more depending on the unit.
Unauthorized Check-out later that 1:00 p.m. will charge another night.
5. Violations:
No smoking or vaping of any kind: USD$500 fine
No pets (please notify us if you have a service animal)
Lost/missing keys/fobs and the parking card/electronic device: USD$100 each to replace
Guest is liable for any damage and/or lost/stolen items during occupancy and, with the acceptance of the booking of the unit in the platform, acknowledges and authorizes the Host to discount from the Security Deposit all damages incurred and on occasion of his stay, only in case it is not required through Airbnb (when applicable).
When additional or special cleaning is required: USD$100 every hour of extra cleaning, depending on the unit. For stays longer than four (4) weeks, the cleaning service for the unit is mandatory every two (2) weeks; its cost may vary depending on the unit and will be informed directly by the Host prior to the check-in day.
No parties, gatherings, or events are permitted. In case the unit is used for this purpose, Host will charge the total Security Deposit and any additional fines set by the Rules and Regulations of the Condominium where the property is located.
If the property is used by more than the number of guests listed in your reservation, we may charge the full Security Deposit
6. Liability:
Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses caused to guests or to third parties that occur while on the premises and/or using its facilities. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
Guests should report immediately to Host, anything that presents a danger or could result in damage to the location or individuals
7. Zero-Tolerance policy on disrespectful or misbehavior against any neighbor, resident, Building Managers, Host or its representatives.
8. Failure to follow any of the house rules will merit cancellation of your stay without any refund.
