Summary: My wife and I from Minnesota, stayed the Winter of 2025 in Buda for 10 weeks from the middle of January to the end of March to be near our daughter and family. John & Janice were the epitome of the perfect hosts, giving us the privacy we desired but addressing any questions or problems we had as communicated through the VRBO App. From the moment we arrived, John met us to make sure we knew where to find everything and if we had any questions. The house was nicely equipped and bigger than the pictures show. It was clean and well stocked too. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us! The kitchen had lots of cookware, utensils, dishes and had almost every small appliance anyone would want. There were plenty of towels and washcloths in both bathrooms and lots of extra linens for the four bedrooms in the house! John & Janice are good people and did their best to make us feel welcome. If you're looking for a nice place to stay with GREAT hosts, please give John & Janice a try...we are SO glad we did!
