Summary: The hotel is in poor condition, with noticeable deterioration. The meals are overpriced; dinner costs $60 per person but lacks quality and cleanliness in both food preparation and dining areas. Additionally, the pool area is unsafe, resulting in a cut on my foot due to rough edges. Housekeeping fails to replenish towels and tissues, and the pillows and hallways are dirty. Given this is a Sheraton hotel, one would expect higher standards commensurate with the prices charged.
