Centrally located between the Harbor and East Beach and a stone's throw from the central shopping area and Maritime Market. 4 Extra large bedrooms and 3 full baths. Hardwood floors throughout. Fully appointed kitchen with quality kitchen appliances, including a wine chiller! New washer + dryer. Pack-n-Play & high chair seat. Remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, new bedding + a linen service. Dining table seats 8-10 with 4 additional seats at kitchen counter and 6 more seats at the table on the upstairs screened porch adjacent to the dining area. Sleeping arrangements: 1st bedroom has 2 queen beds; 2nd bedroom has 1 queen + a twin with a twin trundle; 3rd bedroom has a twin top bunk over a full bunk; the master has a king. 2 bedrooms have their own bath. 2 share a bath. Home has 3 golf carts, one 4-seater, a 6- seater and a cab / “truck” cart to carry all of your beach supplies! BHI Club Lifestyle Membership (includes golf privileges) is available for separate purchase. 4 Beach bikes, kayak, surf board, beater boards, beach games, 8 beach chairs & 2 beach umbrellas, beach wagon, cooler, beach towels are provided. Travel toiletries are provided in each of the 3 full bathrooms. Two large porches. One upstairs, screened, with views of the gorgeous maritime forest and one downstairs which is perfect for grilling and has another dining table that seats 8. Super fast wifi (5G+), read away vacation with lots of books, board games(poker, Monopoly, Scattergories, Charades, Cards Against Humanity), 4 yoga mats, outdoor games (6 pickleball paddles, bocce), 5 TV's, tons of movies, and hammocks on the upstairs porch, and lots more!
