The home rents Sunday to Sunday and comes with access to the fitness center, seasonal community pool, 35' dock space in Rudder Canal # 7 (right behind property), and covered parking for vehicle or boat/jet-ski trailer. Master bedroom, located on top-floor has a King bed, jetted tub, and private balcony. The 2nd bedroom is located on living-level and has a Queen and private access to hall bathroom. 3rd and 4th bedrooms are located on top-floor, one having 2 Twin beds and the other holding 2 bunk sets. RV6 has 4 TV's (one big screen with surround sound), 3 DVD players, high-speed WiFi, custom kitchen, gas grill, and outdoor shower, all while giving its renters stunning views of the canal. Parking for 3 vehicles maximum (including covered space). Additional photos can be taken upon request. All beds have new Serta Perfect mattresses.
