Known for its stunning mountain views, lush wooded landscapes, and secure, gated access, Shagbark is the perfect base for an unforgettable Smoky Mountains getaway.
Shagbark’s HOA amenities include a seasonal swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, a picnic area, and scenic walking trails, giving guests plenty of options for outdoor fun right at their doorstep. Just a short drive from Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg, this location allows easy access to famous destinations like Dollywood, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and vibrant local dining and shopping scenes.
Whether you’re hiking nearby trails, enjoying the amenities, or heading out for a day of adventure, Shagbark provides a tranquil, upscale retreat in the heart of it all.
It is best to have your own car to be able to enjoy all the attractions near by. There is enough parking in the front of the cabin for two cars. If more parking is needed, there is room in front on the garage on the drive way.

Things to note:
1. There is 1 camera outside the front door, pointed out for your safety
2. A signed rental agreement and $250 refundable security deposit is required before your stay.
3. We do routine pest control, but you are in nature, so there may be occasional bugs
4. Outdoor Community Pool is seasonal. Message us for availability.
5. There is no door for loft suite
6. There are no blinds or curtains on the windows to enjoy the amazing views.
7. This is a gated community called Shagbark. All incoming guests must be registered with the HOA and will be issued a pass by the guard gate upon arrival.
8. Some roads are narrow and steep. Be careful when driving and consider chains or a 4x4 during bad weather.

Do not take out chlorinator from Hot tub. Its there for your protection and everybody else.
This property requires a $250 security deposit hold. It will be collected separately by the property 2 days prior to check in.
