Positive: The location is very quiet and scenic. If you just need a clean and quiet place to sleep, this will work.

Negative: The bed is extremely uncomfortable. It appears it may just be a memory foam mattress topper on the bed frame, with no actual mattress. The exterior needs some TLC. The back deck, patio furniture and lights look like they haven’t been cleaned in years, including the gutter that appears to have plant life growing in them. There are no hooks to hang anything on, including bath towels that have been used. There is no dresser or closet and hangers, so we had to live out of our suitcase.
