This recently remodeled waterfront villa is located on the 4th floor of the Beachside Tennis Villas. The floor plan has been opened up to remove the entry hallway, so you will open the door to the beautifully appointed living space and the view! First, you will notice the large kitchen with a center island and all new appliances. The dining and living spaces are arranged for comfortable seating of six, plus there is the breakfast bar with seating. The Living room sofa has a queen sleeper and comfortable club chairs and floor to ceiling views off the wrap around balcony.
The primary bedroom features a king size bed, plenty of closet space, access to the wrap around balcony and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 queen sized beds, plenty of closet space, a private balcony and bathroom with tub/shower combination. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets from this exceptional villa. Just a few steps from the always busy South Beach Marina and the Salty Dog Cafe! You can also enjoy the large on-site pool at Beachside Tennis along with a community grill with grill tools provided.
Included with your rental is a tennis package providing 1 hour of tennis free per day. Proper tennis shoes must be worn for the clay courts.

"This villa is as advertised, plus a whole lot more. It's beautiful and has everything you need and a view to kill. Location is on a quiet part of the island, way inside Sea Pines resort. We sat for hours on the wrap-around deck watching the pelicans dive into the ocean and the dolphins swimming up and down the channel. There are 8 to 9 deer who live in the bushes just on the backside of the pool. Each day the deer would come out and meander along the dunes or up on the grass of the complex to eat. The pool was great, the ocean is at your doorstep and the beach was fantastic. Tennis, bike rentals, shopping and food/drink at Salty Dog were all a three-minute walk away. Bike paths meandered around Sea Pines Resort making it a nice experience. This was our first time staying on this part of the island and by far the best experience, so far (away from the crowds)."

"Clean and updated and accurately described. The views were magnificent. We watched sunsets and had lots of long walks on the beach. The dolphins cooperated with daily shows. The kitchen was large and well appointed. We enjoyed many hours overlooking the pool, relaxing and playing games on the lanai. The property is well manicured. It was a lovely stay."
