This property abounds with special amenities, including flatscreen TV's in the living room and select bedrooms, washer and dryer in-unit, fully fenced back / front yards with seating, colorful art & decor that is sure to catch your eye, and picturesque curb appeal.
Our spacious and open layout is the perfect setting for a mid/large group or families looking to take in the ultimate New Orleans experience. Walk into your comfortable living area (complete with flatscreen TV) and into the full kitchen / dining area. Past the common spaces, make your way outside to your private backyard with ample seating.
This modern home can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. Each bedroom features plush linens and bedding, as well as cloud like mattresses. The bedroom configurations are as follows:

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs Master): 1 King Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed
Common Area: 2 Full Bath (1 Upstairs and 1 Downstairs)
From beautiful sights, taste bud tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit?! We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city.
Upon acceptance of your reservation, you will receive a welcome letter containing all of the information you need to access the home and ensure your stay is a memorable one! If you have any additional questions, we are available at any time to assist.
**There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details. ***
When booking this property you acknowledge that you have read and are in agreement with the HOUSE RULES:
1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their airbnb profile.
2. Respect our home and our neighbors. We all watch out for each other and they keep an eye on the property.
3. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We recommend being quiet after 8:30pm (weekdays including Sundays) and 9:00pm (weekends). Strict MUSIC RESTRICTION after 9pm weekdays & 10pm weekends.
3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given.
4. Clean towels are a provided amenity. Each guest listed through your reservation will receive 1 bath towel and 1 face towel. We are unable to fulfill requests for additional towels during the duration of your stay. Plan ahead while packing, please bring extra towels if you or any of your guests anticipate needing more.
5. Strictly NO SMOKING INSIDE, including Tobacco, Vape & Marijuana/illicit substances. Absolutely NO SMOKED CIGARETTE BUTTS are to be brought into the home. Receptacles are conveniently placed on front & rear porches to allow proper disposal of substances and to avoid bringing into home. A $500 deodorization fee shall be applied if not adhered to. Please respect future guests.
6. NO PARTIES. NO GATHERINGS/EVENTS. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. This is a quiet family-oriented neighborhood. Managers and maintenance personnel periodically drive by the homes and cameras are randomly placed outside of properties for the security of both our guests and our neighbors. If guests are discovered having a party we shall kindly ask that they immediately leave to prevent potential escalation and full deposit will be forfeited. As of May 2022, Airbnb has specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in a ban from Airbnb.
7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.
8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels.
9. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.
10. Pets allowed with a $75 non refundable pet fee. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 deep cleaning cleaning fee and immediate request to leave. Pet Boarding recommendations available upon request.
11. After you’ve read these rules, please send me a message with the words “yellow kangaroo” it will let me know that you have read the rules thoroughly.
12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.
13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.
14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.
15. Message us for long term stays.
16. Trash is picked up on Tuesday. Please bring can to the curb.
17. All of our TV's are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out. We do not have cable TV.
18. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know the day before and we will determine if it's possible. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge $25/hour for the additional booking time. This will also be in place for dropping luggage off or leaving your luggage after checkout time has passed. Payment will be requested through Airbnb after your additional time has been approved.
19. A pre-approved minimum $300 AirBNB fine will be applied if any of these House Rules are violated.
20. Lost Items: We return lost items for a $75 flat fee. This is to cover shipping costs, along with the time spent to retrieve & mail your item. If you leave anything at the unit, please let us know immediately.
