Summary: Dangerous steps to the 2nd floor room, especially for seniors. Mattress in room 23 was one of the worst mattresses I have ever slept on..... clean, just wayyy low, worn out, no support. WIFI was in and out. Room was cute and functional, but dated in many ways.
