Resort style lanai with deep seat sofas, chairs and outdoor kitchen (natural gas connection for bbq, griddle and side burners); outdoor dining tables, outdoor speakers to enjoy music, 2 adult bikes, beach gears, beach towels, ping pong table, basketball hoop, corn hole and much more. Pet Policy
Maximum of 2 dogs under 50 lbs, unless previously authorized (sorry no cats); must be housebroken. Pets are not allowed to enter the pool. All pets must be listed and approved before booking. Unapproved or undeclared pets will be automatically charged the standard pet fee. Pets must be crated, leashed or left in dog run outside the house if left unattended in the home to prevent damage. Food/water bowls are allowed in kitchen only. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage. Guest must sign a pet policy and pet waiver agreement.

At the request of the guest the pool can be heated up to 80 to 84 degrees and/or the spa can be turned on for up to 6 hours/day.
