We are near Windward Parkway and McFarland Road as well as downtown Alpharetta. Cumming GA and Lake Lanier are less than a half hour drive.
The home was an originally a farmhouse, built around the 1940's. It was moved across town to its current location and a large addition was constructed in 1989. The property is flanked by acreage on both sides and sits back from the main road.
The suite features laminate flooring, a large bedroom with queen-size memory foam mattress, private sitting room with wet bar and private entrance off its own patio. It has its own bath with shower. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, cook top and television are furnished. Designated parking is just a few steps from the patio.
This property is not suitable for children or pets as there is no barrier between the house and the pool.
