Positive: Excellent value for the price and quality — one of the best places I’ve stayed on my trips. It’s roughly a 15-minute walk to the pyramids and sits on relatively quiet streets (unlike busy Cairo). The breakfast is substantial and very satisfying, and everything is very clean

Negative: The hotel is located off the main street, down a small side road that might not look very safe at first glance when you arrive — but it’s actually perfectly fine. The street is well-lit, just a bit of litter along the way (pretty normal for Cairo 🙂). The swimming pool is not on-site but in another location. We didn’t use it, but it would be nice if that was made clearer before booking
