Your ideal getaway awaits at Papago Corner! Originally built in 1960, we have completely renovated our home with design aesthetics ranging from mid-century to contemporary modern, creating a welcoming atmosphere that brings in the beautiful sunrise and sunset light. Only 10 minutes from both PHX Sky Harbor and Old Town Scottsdale, this home is filled with upscale amenities, nostalgic AZ memorabilia, private pool, backyard games and so much more!

Guests can access the home at any time during their stay via personal door code that will be provided 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
**PARKING**
4 vehicles can be parked in the driveway/carport.

**BEDROOMS**
Bedroom 1 – 1 King bed, eastern window, dresser, walk-in closet, TV with Fire Stick, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower

Bedroom 3 – 2 Single beds, northern window, small closet with hangers, and dresser
**BATHROOMS**
The main shared bathroom features a five-foot walnut double-sink vanity. Each sink has a front-lit, defogging mirror with individual color and brightness controls. The tile flows into the walk-in shower with a twelve-inch rain shower-head.
The second bathroom is located off the master bedroom. The single vanity also has a single front-lit, defogging mirror with individual color and brightness control. The tile flows into the walk-in shower with a twelve-inch rain shower-head.
**MAIN SPACE**
The kitchen has been equipped with the traveler in mind. The glass panel refrigerator includes a filtered water station, self-filling water pitcher, and dual ice maker! The extra-large island is highlighted with two-tone countertops, a waterfall edge and wraparound seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware, electric range/oven, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
The dining room is open to the kitchen with a large, western window overlooking the backyard and pool. The dining table offers seating for dinner, game night, or dedicated work time, with an ample number of outlets to keep those electronics charged.
In the living room, leather recliner sofas face the backyard. A large smart TV is visible across the main living area and features access to YouTubeTV and ability to login to individual streaming accounts.
**BACKYARD**
The center of the yard features a large plaster swimming pool (NOT HEATED). Take in the views of the Papago Buttes and Camelback Mountain, perfectly highlighted in the setting sun. An assortment of yard games, pool floats, chaise lounges, gas fire pit and grill fill the outdoor space. It’s all yours to create your best time in Arizona.
**IMPORTANT SECURITY**
For your safety and security, this home is monitored by exterior cameras, Minut noise monitoring system and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. The Minut system does not record any audio, it is only used to monitor high decibels over a prolonged period of time in order to comply with city noise ordinances.
There are two (2) cameras on property, both external and do not face the interior of the home

Situated on a corner lot just under ¼ acre, Papago Corner features: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open living area with smart TV, reclining leather sofas, centralized kitchen with wrap around island seating, private backyard with large swimming pool, and plenty of activities to keep you occupied during your stay.
Whether you’re in town for sporting events, business, shopping, or just simple relaxation, Papago Corner will deliver a complete retreat experience.
OUTDOOR activities: Located along the Crosscut Canal, you can take the canal path by foot or bike to the Botanical Gardens, Papago Park, the Phoenix Zoo and Tempe Town Lake. We have 2 bikes on property with locks for your use during your stay. Nearby hiking includes Papago Park for an easy to moderate hike or the iconic Camelback Mountain for the more experienced hiker. Be aware of the current temperature, desert heat is much more strenuous and dehydrating than most realize. Stock up with water and please do NOT attempt to hike if it’s above 100 degrees.
