Only 3.5 miles from the front door to Kyle Field and Texas A&M, so this conveniently located home is close to everything for a perfect trip to Aggieland. You will be blown away by the gorgeous, soothing blue, and green décor throughout.
Step in and be transported to a relaxing, cozy, spa-like setting! The open floor plan features an upscale kitchen, stocked with everything you need, with a granite and stone peninsula for extra bar seating. The dining area is also open to the living room and kitchen, so you will be able to catch the game no matter where you sit.
Walk down the hall for the two downstairs bedrooms, each with king sized beds and their own private bathrooms. Right down the hall is the convenient washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find two more spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom is a bunk room of two bunkbeds, each with a full bed underneath and a twin bed above. Both upstairs bathrooms have wonderful soaking tub and shower combinations.
Continue down the hallway upstairs and you will reach the covered, furnished, and peaceful balcony overlooking the neighborhood pond and beyond the pond, the brand-new luxury amenity center. Just an overview… 3 king sized beds and one bunk room featuring twin sized beds on top and full-sized beds on bottom, so this unit sleeps 12 guests in beds. There is plenty of space to fit a couple of families or several couples coming into town for an Aggie football game, graduation celebration, or just for a visit!
