The ground level has a concrete driveway, carport, and all weather entry/playroom with bunk bed. The second level has three bedrooms (one master with a private bath and two with a shared bath), and entertainment area with a TV with streaming service only. The third level has another master suite and a great room with a 42” flat screen TV. The great room is open and airy with cathedral ceiling, juniper paneling, and lots of windows that provide excellent ocean views and opens to a furnished sundeck and large screened porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining or taking in beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets. Every bedroom has its own television, so whether you prefer to watch tv, play games or read there is space for it for all. Perhaps a dip in the hot tub is just what you need!
Salvocean is a sanctuary in a wonderful neighborhood where you can walk, bike or visit the local ice cream store. It is a simple place, where you can relax and enjoy miles of sand and sea, whether you’re walking with your pets or casting a rod to the surf.
