La Maison d'hôtes de la Cité Portugaise is located in El Jadida, a beautiful seaside town on the Atlantic Coast a mere 50 miles south of Casablanca by motorway.
Entering the first-floor level of our charming little riad, you will find a Moroccan-style lounge with TV , an open-air patio, four comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms with showers + two typical berber tents on the terraces. The second-floor terrace boasts a bar with a hi-fi sound system, a Berber-style lounge and restaurant area. The third-floor terrace provides you a superb rooftop view of the city, the beach and the ocean.

As far as leisure activities are concerned, you can choose between going swimming, fishing, hiking, ride a bicycle (hiking on place), horseback riding, playing golf or indulging in water sports. Try out a hammam (Turkish bath), eat excellent fish, tagines and couscous, either on the spot or in one of the many restaurants within walking distance of the riad.. In the evening, enjoy concerts or free shows on the beach all summer, Nightclubs are open all year long.
The climate mild and temperate guarantees sun almost all year. It is located at 4h30 of Tangier, 1h10 of Casablanca, 2h30 of Marrakesh and 3h30 of Essaouira.

The 'Saumon and Marine' rooms have a double bed, a wardrobe closet, and a small coffee table with stools. Private bathroom
Equipment: 2 Moroccan lamps, an alarm-clock radio, a desk lamp for reading in bed. The saumon room has a television on satellite in it.
The 'caméléon' room has three twin beds, a wardrobe closet, a Moroccan lamp, an alarm-clock radio and a wash basin with hot and cold water. Private bathroom
'The tent' : Tent with twin beds or double bed on the upper terrace with view on the ocean.
Facilities : A small coffee table, Moroccan lamp and bluetooth speaker. Table with chairs on the terrace in front of it. (Shared bathroom with shower)
The "super tent" : Same description as the tent but with a private shower.
The "royal room" room offers you a Queen-size bed as well as a sofa bed, adding sleeping capacity for two additional persons.
Facilities: Wardrobe closet, Moroccan lamps, a ceiling fan, a television with DVD, and an alarm-clock radio. Private bathroom.
We can add an extra mattress (for 5 € extra) in most of the bedrooms.
